Licensed and appointed NYCDOE staff member in a Per Session Eligible Title who has been trained in the Condom Availability Program
- 9-12 grade staff member
- At least three (3) years of satisfactory experience within the NYCDOE
- Success implementing the Condom Availability Program in a NYCDOE school for at least three (3) years
- Recent participation in a Condom Availability Program Webinar of any topic
- Success leading promotion of Condom Availability Program to students
- Experience facilitating professional learning experiences in their school setting, at conferences, or with the Office of School Wellness Programs
- Develop resources to support program promotional efforts of staff involved in Condom Availability Program (CAP)
- Co-create Condom Availability Program webinar on best practices in CAP Promotion
- Create additional materials as needed that support CAP-trained staff in promotion strategies
- Participate in evaluation and share feedback on webinar
- November 2018 – January 2019
- Up to 10 hours.
- Specific hours and schedules are not guaranteed. Schedule to be determined and will remain subject to change based on project and funding ability.
Per Session rates as per the UFT Collective Bargaining Agreement

NOTE: Service exceeding the number of hours specified in Chancellor’s Regulation C-175 governing per session activities requires prior approval. The appropriate Per Session Supervisor must make the request via the Per Session Service System and receive approval before the person can begin working in the activity. Failure to obtain a valid waiver may result in the withholding of payment for hours worked beyond the maximum.
