Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Expert knowledge of payroll processes and procurement systems
Minimum 1 year of satisfactory experience
Under the supervision of licensed personnel:
Process time sheets for AP for All professional learning sessions
Develop and organize a filing and storage system for per session sheets
Field per session payment status inquires.
October 2019 - June 2020 (Approximately 20 hours depending upon funding availability)
ADDITIONAL HOURS GRANTED UPON THE APPROVAL OF THE HIRING MANAGER.
Per Session rates as per the relevant union/organization of the advertised title (UFT, CSA, DC-37 - Collective Bargaining Agreement). Contingent Upon Funding Availability.
