POSITION:

Lead, Postsecondary Enrollment Outcome Tracking

Seeking approximately 15 NYC DOE Licensed and appointed Secretaries

LOCATION:

Locations throughout the five boroughs

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

NYCDOE licensed and appointed Secretaries

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Preference will be given to Secretaries who are working in a school participating in College Access for All program.

Preference given to Secretaries who have familiarity with ATS and the CVER postsecondary enrollment verification process

Minimum of 1 year of satisfactory (Highly Effective / Effective) experience within NYCDOE

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gather and document student postsecondary outcome data for students in Cohort T (4 year graduating class of 2018) through communication with students, families and postsecondary institutions

Use CVER function in ATS, and associated CVER toolkit, to verify and update all Cohort T postsecondary enrollment outcomes, to ensure accuracy of reported student outcomes for School Quality Report 2018-19 cycle

WORK SCHEDULE:

Hours up to but not limited to APPROXIMATELY 6 HOURS between Mon and Fri 8:30am-4:30pm during the weeks of August 5, 12, 19, and 26. Additional hours granted upon the approval of the hiring manager.

SALARY:

Per Session rates as per the UFT Collective Bargaining Agreement. Contingent Upon Funding Availability.
