(CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING AVAILABILITY)

 

POSITION:                 

Assistant Principals (10 Positions Available)

 

LOCATION:                

131 Livingston Street, Brooklyn NY, 11201 and other Locations throughout the 5 boroughs as required

 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:          

State Licensed and Appointed NYCDOE Assistant Principal

                                                                                                                                                 

SELECTION CRITERIA: 

Preference will be given to staff from dedicated CTE schools and schools with CTE programs

Knowledge of high school graduation requirements

Knowledge of state and city academic policy pertaining to high schools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:            

Attend Mandatory Internship Management Services Training (IMS) and supplemental trainings

Attend professional development sessions on various CTE -focused topics

Submit data as requested by the central office

Complete related duties as needed

 

WORK SCHEDULE:   

September 2019 – June 2020 (Approximately 10 hours)

 

SALARY:                     

Per Session rates as per the relevant union/organization of the advertised title (UFT, CSA, DC-37 - Collective Bargaining Agreement).  Contingent Upon Funding Availability.
