Lead, Postsecondary Enrollment Outcome Tracking
Seeking approximately 25 NYC DOE Licensed and appointed Social Workers
Locations throughout the five boroughs
NYCDOE licensed and appointed Social Workers
Preference will be given to Social Workers who have attended OPSR Summer Inquiry Institute and are working in a school participating in College Access for All program.
Preference given to Social Workers who are college and career access points and have familiarity with ATS and the CVER postsecondary enrollment verification process
Minimum of 1 year of satisfactory (Highly Effective / Effective) experience within NYCDOE
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Gather and document student postsecondary outcome data for students in Cohort T (4 year graduating class of 2018) through communication with students, families and postsecondary institutions
Use CVER function in ATS, and associated CVER toolkit, to verify and update all Cohort T postsecondary enrollment outcomes, to ensure accuracy of reported student outcomes for School Quality Report 2018-19 cycle
Hours up to but not limited to APPROXIMATELY 6 HOURS between Mon and Fri 8:30am-4:30pm during the weeks of August 5, 12, 19, and 26. Additional hours granted upon the approval of the hiring manager.
Per Session rates as per the UFT Collective Bargaining Agreement. Contingent Upon Funding Availability.
