POSITION:                 

TEACHER

Work-Based Learning Training

~30 Positions available

 

LOCATION:                

Various Locations

 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:          

New York City Department of Education Licensed Teacher 

                                                                                                                                                 

SELECTION CRITERIA: 

Teachers currently working in CTE schools and/or schools with CTE Program (preferred)

Knowledge of DOE policies and procedures 

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

 

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:            

Implement strategies taught in trainings

Participate in professional development with DOE staff and partners

Participate in program evaluation activities during and after implementation     

 

WORK SCHEDULE:   

July 1, 2019 –August 30, 2019

Teachers will work a maximum of 30 hours depending on funding availability and program needs. Additional hours granted upon the approval of the hiring manager. 

 

SALARY:                     

Per Session rates as per the relevant union/organization of the advertised title (UFT, CSA, DC-37 - Collective Bargaining Agreement).  Contingent Upon Funding Availability.
