ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

New York State Administrative License

1. School Administrator and Supervisor (SAS) - historical license

2. .School District Administrator (SDA) - historical license

3. School Building Leader (SBL)

Five or more years of pedagogical experience as outlined in Chancellor’s Regulation C-30

Must meet the following educational, managerial, and administrative qualifications as outlined and aligned to the Chancellor’s Regulation C-30 for educational leaders in New York City:

1. Instructional Leadership

2. School Culture

3. Structures for School Improvement

Approval from school Principal to participate in the activity

SELECTION CRITERIA:

N/A; see above

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure students are never left unattended

• Create/replicate a process for entry and dismissal for parents and families

• Oversee that classrooms and physical spaces are organized in a way to account for social distancing

• Ensure all staff are aware of and are adhering to cleaning and safety protocols for students and staff

• Monitor inventory of supplies at the site; connect with SEO if/when supplies are needed

• Provide oversight and guidance of scheduling related services to ensure safety for students

• Implementing a protocol for tracking of daily student attendance

• Check in with providers on attendance and review/sign off on timesheets

• Maintain regular and ongoing communication with in-person staff and D.75 Related Services Team

• Communicate and follow up with families as needed

• Liaise with REC Site Supervisor on all Related Services Program Activities

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AS NEEDED

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday – Friday 8:00-2:30; thru August 13th

HOURS UP TO, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF HOURS LISTED. ADDITIONAL HOURS GRANTED UPON THE APPROVAL OF THE HIRING MANAGER.

SALARY:

$2,500 Stipend (pro-rated stiped on the $2500 for days worked over 17 but as per initial posting for REC supervision, days worked over 17 are not subject to annualization)
