Possession of a New York City/ New York State Department of Education Day High-social studies
- Knowledge of the delivery of instruction using the US Constitution.
- Must have knowledge of law-related education methodology.
- Must have demonstrated experience with developing law-related education curriculum.
- Must be a part of the law cluster school program.
- Must be familiar with the Common Core standards.
- Must have experience with the integration of literacy into law-related courses.
Work directly under the supervision of the director of law related education, creating curriculum for law-related courses on the high school level. Curriculum development sessions will take place during the day and some Saturdays; must edit all materials, assist with dissemination and conduct awareness sessions.
October 5, 2018 through June 1, 2019, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on selected days, Monday through Friday and selected Saturdays. (Approximately 50 hours)
Per Collective Bargaining Agreement; or the most current contractual rate.

The appropriate Per Session Supervisor must make the request via the Per Session Service System and receive approval before the person can begin working in the activity. Failure to obtain a valid waiver may result in the withholding of payment for hours worked beyond the maximum.
