Need to get your child’s IEP translated?
The Department of Education’s Translation & Interpretation (T&I) Unit provides families with Translated Individualized Education Programs (TIEPs) in any language at no cost.
Eligible families must have a child with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) who is currently school-aged (DOE or Charter K-12) or is turning 5 years old in the current calendar year.
If eligible, families may request a translation of the IEP at their child’s school or by selecting one of the options below. Once the TIEP is completed, the school’s IEP team will arrange delivery to the requesting family.
