Weather Advisory: NYC Public Schools Switch to Remote Learning on 2/13

Due to expected severe weather conditions, all New York City public school buildings will close and transition to remote learning on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. All students are expected to log onto their online classrooms and engage with their school work from home.

Due to expected severe weather conditions, on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, all New York City public schools will switch to remote instruction, as all City school buildings will be closed.

All students are expected to log onto their online classrooms and engage with their school work from home

In addition, Public Schools Athletic League (PSAL) activities, afterschool, adult education, and YABC programs are all cancelled.

For safety reasons, yellow bus service for charter and nonpublic school students will not be in operation on 2/13.

Please note that central and field offices for New York City Public Schools will remain open throughout 2/13—we urge staff members to exercise caution when going outside and to use public transportation whenever possible.
