COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement
As of September 27, 2021, all DOE employees are required to provide proof of that they have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccination. All DOE staff are expected to receive their 2nd dose within 45 days of the first dose to remain compliant, according to the order issued by the Commissioner of Health.
You must submit proof of vaccination using the DOE’s Vaccination Portal.
Employees who are unable to comply with the COVID vaccination requirement because of medical or religious reasons will be able to apply for a reasonable accommodation. More information on that application process will be posted shortly and shared with all employees; please do not apply until that process is updated.
For more information, visit the COVID-19 Vaccination Portal InfoHub page.
