DOE Student Accounts

The DOE creates a student account for every single New York City public school student, including 3K and Pre-K students.

Use your DOE account to sign into TeachHub, which will give you one-stop access to:

  • G Suite,
  • Microsoft O365,
  • Zoom,
  • iLearnNYC,
  • Student report cards , and
  • Multiple educational applications.

Your account grants you access to Gmail. Also, K–8 students can only email teachers and staff.

To access your DOE Gmail account:

  1. Go to TeachHub
  2. Enter your DOE student account credentials. If entered correctly, you will be signed into TeachHub.
  3. Open the K12 tab.
  4. Find the Productivity and Collaboration section.
  5. Click on the Gmail icon.
  6. That's it! You have access to Gmail.

You cannot access Outlook, the Microsoft email platform. However, your student account will allow you into other Microsoft platforms like Teams and OneNote.
