Sat, Mar 28, 2026 Chancellor Conversation at Roosevelt Educational Campus

Event Details

Join Chancellor Kamar H. Samuels for a series of in-person conversations across New York City focused on the future of our public schools.

Chancellor Conversations is a citywide engagement series bringing students, families, educators, staff, and community partners together for honest dialogue about where our schools are today and where we must go next.

Chancellor Samuels will engage directly with communities to reflect on what safety, academic rigor, and true integration look like in practice, and how we strengthen our system for the years ahead. These conversations are designed to elevate lived experiences, surface shared priorities, and inform the Chancellor’s early direction for NYC Public Schools. This will also be an opportunity for families to share ideas for improving family empowerment in NYCPS, to ensure that family and community voices are at the table.
